Straight answers about WinGovBid.

How does matching work?

WinGovBid compares your confirmed company profile with current SAM.gov opportunities using services, NAICS and PSC codes, geography, set-aside, deadline, and plain-language similarity.

Why did an opportunity receive this score?

Open the opportunity to see the exact fit reasons and concerns. The score prioritizes review; it does not guarantee eligibility or an award.

How do I update my company?

Open Account, then Edit company profile. Add optional insurance, bonding, staffing, license, and experience details when useful.

What are NAICS and PSC codes?

NAICS describes the industry. PSC describes what the government is buying. You can complete onboarding without being an expert in either.

Saved vs. Pursuing

Saved means you want to revisit it. Pursuing means you are actively considering or preparing a bid.

What is Bid Readiness?

It compares stated solicitation requirements with information you confirmed about your company and lists items you still need to verify.

What is historical award context?

It shows similar public USAspending awards for context. Similar awards do not prove an incumbent or predict who will win.

How does the trial work?

The full-access trial lasts 7 days and requires a card. Your selected monthly or annual subscription begins after the trial unless you cancel first.

How do I cancel?

Open Account and Manage billing. Cancellation is handled in the secure Stripe billing portal.

How fresh is SAM data?

WinGovBid refreshes current opportunity data every six hours. Always verify the final notice on SAM.gov.

How do I report a problem?

Use Contact support and include what you were doing, what you expected, and what appeared instead.
