Privacy Policy

What we collect

Only what the product needs to work.

• Your email address and a hashed password. We never store your password itself.
• Your company profile: business name, website, description, states you serve, NAICS and PSC codes, set-aside status, and the contract sizes you want. You provide this, or we draft it from the website you give us and you confirm it.
• Your activity: opportunities you save, pursue or dismiss, bid outcomes you record, and support messages you send.
• Your language and digest-frequency preferences.
• Security and usage events. Where these involve an IP address or browser identifier, we store a one-way hash rather than the value itself.

What we never collect

We do not store card numbers. Payment details go directly to Stripe and are handled entirely by Stripe.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

Why we use it

To match federal opportunities to your business, explain why each one fits or does not, send the digests and alerts you ask for, answer support requests, operate billing, and keep the service secure.

Who else handles it

These providers process data on our behalf so the service can operate:

• Stripe — payments, subscriptions and the billing portal.
• Resend — transactional and digest email.
• Anthropic — plain-language opportunity summaries and match explanations.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — blocking automated signup abuse.
• Railway — hosting and database.

Where contract data comes from

Opportunity and award data is public information published by the U.S. government. We read it; we never send your information to these sources.

• SAM.gov — federal contract opportunity notices.
• USAspending.gov — historical federal award records.

Artificial intelligence

We use Anthropic's models to write plain-language summaries and to help rank historical awards. Opportunity text and your company profile may be sent for that purpose. We do not send your password, your card details, or your support messages.

How long we keep it

Account and company data is kept while your account exists. Security events are pruned on a schedule. If you close your account, email us and we will delete your account and company profile.

Your choices

Edit or correct your company profile at any time, change or switch off digest email in your account settings, and request deletion of your account and its data by email.
