What the service does

WinGovBid collects public federal contract opportunity notices, compares them against the company profile you provide, and shows you the ones that fit — with the reasons they fit and the reasons they may not.

What the service is not

WinGovBid is an independent service. It is not a government agency, it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. government or SAM.gov, and it cannot submit bids for you or influence any award decision.

Matching, scoring and warnings support your judgement. They are not advice and not a guarantee. The official notice on SAM.gov is always the authority — read it before you bid.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information about your business; the quality of your matches depends on it. One account is for one business.

Trial, price and renewal

New accounts get a 7-day full-access trial. A payment card is required to start it. You are not charged when the trial begins.

When the 7 days end, the plan you chose starts automatically and your card is charged, unless you cancel first. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew yearly. Renewal continues until you cancel.

Prices are shown on the pricing page and again in checkout before you enter any card details.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel at any time from Billing in your account, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops the next charge.

When you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling during the trial ends access when the trial ends, and you are not charged.

We do not automatically refund partial periods. If something went wrong, email us and we will look at it.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the service's output as your own product, attempt to break its security, or use it to break the law. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running and the data current, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Government sources change and occasionally go down. We may change features, and we will not change your price without telling you first.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that an opportunity is suitable for your business, that information from a government source is complete or accurate, or that using the service will win you work.

To the extent the law allows, Coreezy Vibes LLC's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
